Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our Lucky Scoop Boxes (mystery/custom products), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once the box has been opened or used.

Exceptions:
- If your order arrives damageddefective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Unopened boxes may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
